Hi guys, love the project. Friendly advice - if you're going to be using audio clips from the original show, try using something like Goyo to remove the voice reverb and room ambiance from the voice samples, then just throw on one of those PS1 reverbs to make them sound both less jarring and more PS1-y. It's super simple, free, and shouldn't take much time.
It was so interesting to see the unique Twin Peaks atmosphere being converted into a PS1 aesthetic. I miss this era where the consols were technically limited, forcing developers to use tricks to stimulate the player's imagination (short descriptions on objects depicting the thoughts of the character for example). I can't wait to see what's next !
This is so good. I'm a huge Twin Peaks fan and a huge fan of ps1/ps2 survival horror. It feels like this game was made for me. There is clearly a lot of passion in this. I love it keep up the good work.
Really like the demo, maybe i'm not getting something but the movement control is real challenge for me and it was kinda confusing for me in the first minutes of playing this demo ( I'm playing on gamepad ), so it would be great ( for me atleast ) to have a few types of movement control to choose ( for example, the one that is already in game, and the one like in mgs 1 ). Anyway thank you very much for the opportunity to dive into the atmosphere of Twin Peaks in a new way, I will look forward to more news on this great game!
This is amazing!!! As a huge fan of Twin Peaks, a teenager of the 90s, a fan of old PS1 era Resident Evil and Silent Hill games, even the fixed camera and tank controls, . . . I'm blown away. Never have i felt a game was meant for me and its crazy you did all this work knowing you couldnt profit from it, but just for the love of it and the fans. Thank you so much for your work and PLEASE continue!

First I'd like to say that this is such nice work!
However I do have some thoughts... I don't know if it's a translation thing or not, but there are some misspellings and a few lines of text that are phrased a little weird to me. Like "scrapped" used in place of "scraped" for example... Other things like Ronette not being in a proper hospital bed stood out to me. Also, I hope the full game doesn't touch the Black Lodge segments quite so soon...
Besides that, I think this is an amazing project and I can't wait to see more.

Excellente démo. Je l'ai dévorée aujourd'hui entre 2 cafés. Tout y est, l'ambiance si particulière et familière de la série, la musique de Badalamenti, les personnages qu'on aime et même plus (Easter Eggs). Quelques libertés prises à certains moments (et c'est tant mieux). Le seul vrai regret est que cette démo se termine si rapidement... (j'ai quand même dû passer presqu'1 heure dessus).
Je me refaire quelques parties parce que franchement... c'est tellement bon, qu'on en redemande !
Ok so, I really don't want to spoil it for anyone but I must know; after investigating Laura's body in the morgue I went into the bathroom which became the lodge, does the demo end with Cooper being trapped in the lodge or is there a way out? Am I just stuck and lost or is this the end of the demo?
When I saw the room with all the tv I was like "Oh they really get it", I hope that you don't run into any licensing issue cause after that demo all I want is to play is the full version of this.

I really like the Haunted PS1 look so doing something in the vein of Twin Peaks with PS1 style graphics something I plan to do eventually. I hope you guys get to finish this! Even as just the demo its special.

Can't believe I just watched an entire X-Files clip in a Twin Peaks game. Is it nitpicking to say the clip is from the early 2000s? ;D

Finally managed! Just had to use the latest Wineskin engine (WS11WineCX64Bit22.1.1-10)
